Alex will take you for a behind the scenes look at Shakespeare’s Globe and The National Theatre. Each evening before you see some of London’s great theatre, you will join Alex for a pre-show preamble, and after each show for a pint and a debriefing.
Here are some testimonials from our last trip!!!
“Thank you so much for the wonderful Quintessence theatre trip to London. It far exceeded my expectations. I didn't know if I was going to be able to keep up with the pace of a play (or two) a day, but at the end I could have gone on for another week of daily performances! I'm now going through withdrawal!”
“The selection of plays was exceptional—thanks, Alex, for choosing such a varied and stimulating list. I've already been asked for recommendations by some residents who have family members traveling to London in the upcoming weeks.”
“I loved the various backstage visits. The pre- and post-performance discussions were a highlight.”
"An outstanding theater tour of London. The experience of numerous theatrical venues with performance after performance that included actors we know and love from movies and PBS—Wow!"
